Honda Supplier Support is expanding our instructor pool to support supplier training needs across North America. We are looking for experienced professionals who can bring practical knowledge, strong facilitation skills, and real-world supplier experience to our training offerings.

Instructor opportunities may vary based on training demand, topic expertise, location, availability, and onboarding requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in individuals who may be:

          • Approaching retirement
          • Recently retired
          • Semi-retired
          • Available for occasional
            contract-based instruction
          • Recommended by their organization
          • Experienced in working with Honda suppliers
          • Comfortable sharing knowledge in a
            professional training environment

Current full-time Honda or supplier employment may limit availability, so flexible scheduling is highly preferred.

What Makes a Strong Candidate

      • Experience working with Honda, Honda suppliers, or manufacturing environments
      • Strong communication and presentation skills

      • Subject matter expertise in leadership, quality, HR, associate relations, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
