Registration

There are multiple ways to register for a Honda Supplier Support Training class or event:

  • Register via the Honda Supplier Support Training website or training calendar
  • Register using a link provided via email
  • Some sessions are managed by third-party training providers; registration instructions will be provided accordingly

Payment Methods

Credit card payment is accepted for registrations made through Honda Supplier Support Training links

  • For third-party providers:

Payment methods may vary by instructor
All accept credit cards; some may accept purchase orders or invoicing

Session Registration
& Payment

All participants must be registered and
paid prior to attending

    • Each individual attendee must be registered through the official Eventbrite link,
      regardless of session format (in-person, virtual, or private onsite)
  • All pricing is listed in USD
  • Eventbrite fees include a $0.99 transaction fee plus applicable processing fees

Session Materials &
Requirements

Materials
All required materials will be provided.
Virtual sessions include digital materials for each registered participant.
Virtual Sessions
A working camera and microphone are required
Please test equipment prior to the session
In-person Sessions
A valid photo ID is required at check-in

Cancellation, Refund,
Transfer & No-Show Policy

Refunds: Eventbrite registrations may be automatically refunded if canceled 10+ business days prior to the session

Transfers:
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days prior
Substitutions from the same company are permitted at any time (advance notice not required)

No-Shows:
Participants who do not attend and do not cancel within the required timeframe are not eligible for a refund

Weather Cancellations:
If Honda operations are closed due to weather, affected onsite sessions will be rescheduled

Minimum Enrollment

A minimum of 10 registered participants is required
Honda Supplier Support Training reserves the right to reschedule or
cancel sessions that do not meet this requirement

Recording &
Intellectual Property

Sessions are not recorded
Participant recording (audio, video, screen capture) is strictly prohibited
All materials and content:
Are the intellectual property of Honda Supplier Support Training and/or partners
May not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission

Participant
Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and
respectful learning environment.
Honda Supplier Support Training reserves the right to:
Remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Removal:
Is at the discretion of the instructor/support team
Does not qualify for a refund

Communication

Reminder emails are sent 24–72 hours prior to the session

Hotel Reservations

Suppliers are responsible for their own accommodations. Some hotels may offer a Honda rate.

Business casual attire is required:
Clean, professional appearance
Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes
No offensive or inappropriate imagery
No flip flops, shorts, ripped clothing, or exposed midriffs
Participants not meeting requirements may be denied participation without refund.

Private Onsite Sessions

Scheduling
Sessions are coordinated directly with Honda Supplier Support Training
Final participant counts must be confirmed in advance
Attendees must be registered via Eventbrite registration for certification

Private Onsite Payment Terms

Net 60 from invoice date
A soft grace period may apply through Day 75
All pricing is listed in USD
If paying be credit card – Eventbrite fees include a $0.99 transaction fee plus applicable processing fees

Private Onsite Late Payment
Policy

Invoices exceeding 75 days past due may incur:
1% per 30 days overdue (minimum $25)

Account Standing & Booking Eligibility
A supplier may be placed on a booking hold if:

  • 3 or more invoices exceed 75 days past due within a rolling 12-month period,
    or Outstanding balances remain unpaid
    During this time:
    New onsite sessions may not be scheduled
    Booking eligibility is restored once the account is current.

By registering for a session or booking a private onsite, participants agree to abide by these policies.
